Academy Training Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Training Administrator to join our dynamic Education Department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Training Team, including course administration, training room setup, and dealing with enquiries regarding face-to-face, virtual, and online training.
The role will also involve hosting at our Two Bridges Training Venue in Chertsey and utilizing our Totara Learning Management System to build and manage statutory and mandatory courses.
Main Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day running of the Two Bridges Training Venue.
- Utilize the Totara Learning Management System to create and manage courses.
- Monitor and respond to emails in a timely manner.
- GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
- NVQ Level 3, RSA Level 3, or equivalent.
- 2 years' experience in administrative work.
- Experience working in a busy office environment.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Applications.
- Familiarity with NHS processes and training compliance.
