We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Marketing Manager to join our team at Global Brands Limited. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans within the on-trade sector.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our sales team to develop customer-specific product launch plans and campaign activity. You will be the interface between marketing and sales, ensuring the brand is best represented in the eyes of the customer.
Key Responsibilities- Create and execute activation plans to support customer and brand growth objectives
- Develop customer-specific campaign activity and new product launch plans in collaboration with the sales team
- Measure and evaluate activity, demonstrating tangible results for the business
- Work closely with the data and insight team to interpret data and develop retailer-specific recommendations
- Build mutually beneficial relationships with customer businesses
- Recognize and raise challenges while delivering solutions to overcome them
- Adapt easily to changing circumstances and work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to deliver in-trade and experiential activity
- Educated to degree level, ideally in hospitality or marketing
- 2+ years of experience in customer/trade marketing across premium hospitality
- Proven track record in developing and delivering activation plans
- Highly numerate and strong commercial thinker with a clear ability to present robust and compelling insight
