Customer Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Create and execute activation plans that support customer and brand growth objectives
- Ensure the brand is best represented in the eyes of the customer, within the boundaries of meeting sales and customer-specific objectives
- Act as the interface between Marketing and Sales teams to develop customer-specific campaign activity and new product launch plans
- Measure and evaluate activity, demonstrating tangible results for the business and future recommendations
- Work closely with the data and insight team to interpret data and develop retailer-specific recommendations
- Collaborate with channel-relevant account managers to build bespoke retailer tenders and activation plans
- Build mutually beneficial relationships with customer business counterparts
- Recognize and raise challenges while delivering solutions to overcome them
- Spent time in relevant channels to offer opportunities for brand and sales growth
- Adapt easily and work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to deliver in-trade and experiential activity
- Brief channel-specific POS requests to purchasing and lead high-quality POS delivery
- Keep the sales team informed and on board with all projects and brand plans, creating selling decks that tie in brand plans with channel plans and goals
- Educated to degree level, ideally within areas of hospitality or marketing
- 2+ years of experience in customer/trade marketing across premium hospitality
- Proven track record in developing and delivering activation plans
- Highly numerate and strong commercial thinker with a clear ability to present robust and compelling insight
