Customer Marketing Manager

Role OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity within our Customer Marketing team, where you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing plans within the on-trade sector. You will work closely with all functions in Marketing and Sales to create customer-specific product launch plans and campaign activity.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and execute activation plans tailored to specific channels to support customer and brand growth objectives.
- Ensure the brand is effectively represented in the eyes of the customer, while meeting sales and customer-specific objectives.
- Act as the interface between Marketing and Sales teams to develop customer-specific campaign activity and new product launch plans.
- Measure and evaluate activity, demonstrating tangible results for the business and providing future recommendations.
- Collaborate with the data and insight team to interpret data and develop retailer-specific recommendations.
- Work closely with channel-relevant account managers to build bespoke retailer tenders and activation plans.
- Establish mutually beneficial relationships with counterparts in customer businesses.
- Recognize and address challenges while delivering solutions to overcome them.
- Be prepared to adapt and work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to deliver in-trade and experiential activity.
- Brief channel-specific POS requests to purchasing and lead high-quality POS delivery projects.
- Keep the sales team informed and aligned with all projects and brand plans, creating selling decks that tie in brand plans with channel plans and goals.
We are seeking an individual with:
- A degree in a relevant field, such as hospitality or marketing.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer/trade marketing, preferably in premium hospitality.
- A proven track record in developing and delivering activation plans.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to present robust and compelling insights.
