About This Opportunity




  • Maximise Sales and Lead by Example


    As a key member of the Savers team, you will be responsible for wearing the Savers uniform and driving results in a fast-paced retail environment. You will work closely with the Store and Assistant Manager to connect with the local community and inspire your colleagues.



  • Develop and Coach a Team


    You will have the opportunity to manage and coach a team, recognising and developing their skills to enhance store performance. You will be responsible for motivating and inspiring your team to achieve their goals.



  • Connect with the Local Community


    You will be responsible for connecting with the local community, using your passion for our products to drive sales and engagement. You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with customers and promote the Savers brand.

Requirements




  • 1+ Year of Retail Experience


    You will need to have at least 1 year of retail experience to be considered for this role.

    You will need to have a love for the products we sell and be able to promote them effectively.
