Senior Planner Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planner or Associate Planner to join our dynamic team at Carter Jonas. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the local area and be up to date with market changes.

The role will involve providing professional planning advice to clients on a variety of planning matters across the Midlands. This will include preparation and submission of major planning applications, negotiation with local authorities, and preparation and submission of Local Plan representations.

The ideal candidate will have post-qualification experience in a planning consultancy role and/or local authority. They will be able to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision required.
