About the JobThis is a 24-hour permanent contract, offering a competitive hourly rate of £34. Our rolling rota ensures a mix of early, late shifts, and weekends, allowing for a good work-life balance. We value our employees' contributions and offer attractive benefits, including 33 days annual leave (FTE) pro rata and up to 9% employer pension contribution.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Deliver high-quality care and support to residents, addressing their physical, emotional, and well-being needs.
