Job Title: Senior Director, HEOR Biostatistics

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director to lead our Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) biostatistics team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing statistical methods and models to support our HEOR projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of biostatisticians in the development and implementation of statistical methods and models for HEOR projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute HEOR studies
  • Develop and maintain statistical models and methods to support HEOR projects
  • Provide statistical expertise and guidance to project teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in HEOR biostatistics
Requirements:
  • MSc or PhD in a medical- or mathematics-related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in health research, biostatistics, health economics, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of HEOR statistics methods, including indirect comparisons, propensity score matching, and Bayesian statistical methods
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing statistical methods and models for HEOR projects
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
