Job Title: Senior Director, HEOR Biostatistics

Eversana is seeking a highly skilled Senior Director, HEOR Biostatistics to lead our team of biostatisticians in delivering high-quality health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) projects. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of biostatisticians in the design, execution, and analysis of HEOR projects, including indirect comparisons, propensity score matching, and Bayesian statistical methods.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to drive growth and improve patient outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in HEOR and biostatistics, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our projects and services.
Requirements:
  • MSc or PhD in a medical- or mathematics-related field, such as biology, epidemiology, pharmacology, health economics, or statistics.
  • 8-10 years of experience in health research, biostatistics, health economics, or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality HEOR projects.
  • Proven expertise in HEOR statistics methods, including indirect comparisons, propensity score matching, and Bayesian statistical methods.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
