Job Title: Biostatistics Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Biostatistics Director to lead our team of experts in health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) and health technology assessment (HTA). As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing statistical methods and approaches to support our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of biostatisticians and data analysts in the development and implementation of statistical methods and approaches for HEOR and HTA projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement studies, including data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in biostatistics and HEOR, and apply this knowledge to improve our services and solutions.
  • Manage and mentor junior staff to ensure their professional growth and development.
Requirements:
  • MSc or PhD in a medical- or mathematics-related field, such as biology, epidemiology, pharmacology, health economics, or statistics.
  • 8-10 years of experience in health research, biostatistics, health economics, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HEOR statistics methods and experience in developing and implementing statistical approaches.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ability to lead and manage teams, and to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
