Job Title: Senior Director, HEOR Biostatistics

At EVERSANA, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director to lead our Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) Biostatistics team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of biostatistical methods and approaches to support our HEOR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of biostatisticians in the development and implementation of biostatistical methods and approaches for HEOR projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute HEOR studies, including indirect comparisons, propensity score matching, and Bayesian statistical methods
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored biostatistical solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in biostatistics and HEOR, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our methods and approaches
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the HEOR Biostatistics team, including mentoring and developing junior staff
Requirements:
  • MSc or PhD in a medical- or mathematics-related field, such as biology, epidemiology, pharmacology, health economics, or statistics
  • 8-10 years of experience in health research, biostatistics, health economics, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of HEOR statistics methods, including indirect comparisons, propensity score matching, and Bayesian statistical methods
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing biostatistical methods and approaches for HEOR projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients
