We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director to lead our HEOR Biostatistics team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of biostatistics strategies and methods to support our health economics and outcomes research initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of biostatisticians in the design, execution, and analysis of HEOR studies, including indirect comparisons, propensity score matching, and Bayesian statistical methods.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to drive growth and revenue.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in biostatistics and health economics, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our methods and approaches.
- MSc or PhD in a medical- or mathematics-related field, such as biology, epidemiology, pharmacology, health economics, or statistics.
- 8-10 years of experience in health research, biostatistics, health economics, or a related field, with a strong track record of developing and implementing biostatistics strategies and methods.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with a strong focus on collaboration, communication, and problem-solving.
- Excellent understanding of biostatistics methods, including indirect comparisons, propensity score matching, and Bayesian statistical methods.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
