Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director, HEOR Biostatistics to lead our team in delivering exceptional results in health economics and outcomes research. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a wide range of projects, contributing to business development initiatives, and providing strategic leadership to grow our biostatistics team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of professionals in biostatistics related to HEOR, focusing on projects such as indirect comparisons, propensity score matching, RWE, and clinical trial individual patient data analyses.
  • Contribute to operational and business development initiatives, including staffing projects, employee evaluations, hiring, and company strategy.
  • Develop and implement quality control activities, identify best practices, and provide strategy for project execution and employee management.
  • Participate in hiring processes, attend management meetings, and contribute to company direction, staffing, and workload.
Requirements
  • MSc or PhD in a medical- or mathematics-related field, such as biology, epidemiology, pharmacology, health economics, or statistics.
  • 8-10 years of relevant work experience in health research, biostatistics, health economics, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HEOR statistics methods, including indirect comparisons, propensity score matching, RWE, and clinical trial individual patient data analyses.
  • Proven track record in HEOR and evidence synthesis statistical methods.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong strategic, critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking capabilities.
