About the Role

Arden White Aerospace and Aviation Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Strategic HR Partner for Recruitment and Projects to join their team. As a key member of the HR function, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's goals.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation. You will also have a solid understanding of HR principles and practices, with experience in managing day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies to support business growth and development.
  2. Collaborate with local and group HR teams to ensure consistency and alignment across the organisation.
  3. Lead and develop the HR team, providing mentorship and support to drive performance excellence.
  4. Support management in driving change and cultivating a positive workplace culture.
  5. Maintain and promote a consistent HR brand aligned with organisational values.
  6. Execute key initiatives and business-related projects to enhance service delivery.
  7. Optimise HR processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  8. Provide accurate data to support business planning and decision-making.
  9. Lead HR and Learning & Development projects to foster a high-performing environment.
  10. Advise on and ensure compliance with HR best practices and company policies.
  11. Manage employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
  12. Oversee absence monitoring and provide guidance on reporting and analysis.
  13. Engage actively with the management team, contributing expertise and insight.
  14. Coach managers and leaders to maximise team performance.
  15. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to oversee recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a HR Business Partner role or similar, with a focus on employee relations and union activities.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in people management, offering strategic advice to local management.
  3. Demonstrated experience in providing sound HR advice and achieving results in a dynamic environment.
  4. Experience supporting managers in policy implementation.
  5. Track record of delivering HR projects and activities.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
