Job Description:
The successful candidate will hold full accountability for the Human Resources function, including payroll and training. They will develop and deliver an HR strategy that aligns with our evolving business needs, ensuring value addition to the organisation. This role involves close collaboration with business leaders to implement HR policies and procedures that support the organisation's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all daily HR operations.
- Collaborate with local and group HR teams to develop and implement HR strategies.
- Lead and develop the HR team, providing mentorship and support.
- Support management in driving change and cultivating a positive workplace culture.
- Maintain and promote a consistent HR brand aligned with organisational values.
- Execute key initiatives and business-related projects.
- Optimise HR processes to enhance service delivery.
- Provide accurate data to support business planning and decision-making.
- Lead HR and Learning & Development projects to foster a high-performing environment.
- Advise on and ensure compliance with HR best practices and company policies.
- Manage employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
- Oversee absence monitoring and provide guidance on reporting and analysis.
- Engage actively with the management team, contributing expertise and insight.
- Coach managers and leaders to maximise team performance.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to oversee recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
- Oversee the probation review process.
