As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our organisation's people processes, working closely with line managers to deliver strong operational support and clear process design.

Job Overview:

This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary of £30,000 per year. You will be responsible for providing HR advice and administrative services to our organisation, supporting the Group Head of HR with the planning and delivery of the HR agenda, and working closely with line managers to deliver strong operational support and clear process design.

About You:

  • You will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in HR Generalist or Employee Relations/HR Advisory roles
  • You will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have a high level of computer literacy
  • You will be able to demonstrate the attributes to role model our values of Community, Integrity, Vigour, Innovation and Compassion
