**About This Role:**

This Assembly Line Specialist position offers the opportunity to work with a highly skilled team in a fast-paced environment. As part of our Heritage and TPC Build Team, you will be responsible for building, assembling, and running Formula One cars, transmission assemblies, sub-assemblies, and support equipment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assemble and prepare Formula One cars, transmission assemblies, and sub-assemblies to exact McLaren standards.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all parts are built to a known configuration.

* Conduct quality checks on components and communicate any issues to stakeholders.

* Support the running and servicing of cars at events worldwide.

**Requirements:**

* 2+ years of experience in assembly line or manufacturing environment.

* Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and attention to detail.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with conflicting priorities.

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

**Salary & Benefits:**
