As a Performance Engineering Professional, you will have the opportunity to rotate around different areas of the Engineering side of the team, exposing you to Aerodynamics, Design, Racing, and Performance. You will work closely with all levels of management and have the chance to deliver performance projects across multiple functions.

You should possess a degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or the Sciences with a minimum of a 2:1 (or equivalent) and general computing skills and software knowledge appropriate to the placement area. Beyond academic qualifications, we seek individuals who are proactive, highly self-motivated, and team players.
