The estimated salary for this role is £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive people strategy that drives performance and productivity across our racing teams.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement a strategic people plan that aligns with our business objectives and enhances our competitive advantage.
  • Lead the identification and development of talent, ensuring we have the right skills and expertise to drive success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective organizational design solutions that optimize performance.
  • Provide expert HR guidance and support to senior leaders and managers, ensuring they are equipped to drive business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Masters-level qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-performance industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful people strategies that drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated expertise in change management and organizational design, with a strong analytical mindset.
