About the RoleThis exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our Performance & Software team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert guidance on all aspects of employment law, including contract negotiations, disciplinary procedures, grievances, and dismissals. You will also work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement our people strategy, ensuring that we attract, retain, and develop top talent.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement our people strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Provide expert guidance on employment law, including contract negotiations and disciplinary procedures
- Work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement our people strategy
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and delivery of our people strategy
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an HR business partnering role
- Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The salary for this position is £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
