We're seeking a highly skilled People Partnering Team Lead to join our HR department at McLaren Racing.
The estimated salary for this role is £70,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
As a key member of our people team, you will be responsible for delivering our people agenda to drive performance and productivity gains across our racing teams.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement a range of initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address talent gaps, ensuring we have the right skills and expertise to drive success.
- Provide expert HR guidance and support to senior leaders and managers, ensuring they are equipped to drive business outcomes.
- Lead the development and implementation of people analytics solutions to inform data-driven decision making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's-level qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-performance industry.
- Proven track record of delivering successful people initiatives that drive business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated expertise in people analytics, with a strong analytical mindset.
