Sales Team Director

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and motivating teams to achieve ambitious sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve sales performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and improve results.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales efforts and improve customer engagement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
