Heritage Consultant Specialist

Savills is seeking a highly skilled Heritage Consultant Specialist to join our expanding team in Central London. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice on townscape, heritage, and visual impact consultancy services to clients across the UK.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the EIA process and experience preparing ES-level HTVIAs. They will also possess a detailed knowledge of the planning system in England, including the NPPF and planning policy guidance related to heritage and townscape.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing consultancy advice to colleagues and clients on heritage and townscape matters;
- Assessing potential townscape and visual effects using VU.CITY;
- Producing HTVIA documents for planning submission using InDesign and Illustrator;
- Attending consultation events related to projects, particularly with Historic England and Local Authority Conservation staff;
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for accelerated career progression and professional development.
