The Cultural Heritage and Archaeology team at WSP is a leading heritage consultancy in the UK and Ireland, covering all aspects of the historic environment. We provide expert advice on heritage-related enquiries and work on high-profile infrastructure projects.

As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for managing and delivering archaeology projects, leading fieldwork projects from planning to delivery, and monitoring subcontractors' work.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a robust knowledge of Irish archaeology, history, and environmental/heritage legislation. You should have excellent writing skills, communication skills, and experience in project management, staff management, and business development.

We offer a competitive salary range of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as flexible working arrangements, a supportive environment that invests in your development, and a range of benefits including part-time and full-time options, flexible holiday entitlement, and professional chartership support.
