**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Delivery Specialist. This role will involve providing exceptional service to customers, handling inquiries, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality customer service through phone, email, and webchat channels
  • Provide tailored information, advice, and guidance to customers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily and weekly targets
  • Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong listening skills and ability to interact with customers in a professional manner
  • Educated to at least Level 2, including Maths and English qualifications
  • Relevant experience of working one-to-one with the target audience
