Customer Service Advisor

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Delivery Specialist. This role will involve providing exceptional service to customers, handling inquiries, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer service through phone, email, and webchat channels
- Provide tailored information, advice, and guidance to customers
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily and weekly targets
- Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as required
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong listening skills and ability to interact with customers in a professional manner
- Educated to at least Level 2, including Maths and English qualifications
- Relevant experience of working one-to-one with the target audience
