We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Cover Supervisor Lead. This temporary maternity cover role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students and contribute to the success of our school community.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise classes effectively, embedding previous learning and keeping pupils on task.
  • Lead the cover team, managing staff absences and coordinating daily cover arrangements.
  • Assess performance, provide feedback, and support the professional development of team members.
Requirements
  • GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English at a C grade or above.
  • Proven experience of working with children, including those with complex needs and challenging behaviour.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
