About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Care Assistant to join our care team at a Barchester complex care home. In this role, you will work closely with our residents, families, and colleagues to deliver personalized care and support.

Job Summary

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our residents with daily living tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also assist with medication management and administration, participating in care planning and reviews to ensure residents' needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Support residents with mobility issues, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Assist with mealtime activities, ensuring residents' nutritional needs are met.
  • Participate in staff training and development opportunities, enhancing your skills and knowledge.
What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary of £24,000 - 30,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also benefit from our comprehensive benefits package, including access to staff discounts, pension schemes, and more.
