Logistics Coordinator

Pall-Ex UK Ltd is a leading transport and logistics provider seeking an experienced Transport Planner to join their Launceston, Cornwall based team.

As a key member of the operations team, you will play a vital role in creating efficient daily delivery plans to maximize vehicle productivity. This will involve working closely with collections and trunking coordinators to ensure seamless customer collection plans are met.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transport planning, with a keen eye for business development. They will be well-versed in transport-related legal requirements and regulations, as well as having sound knowledge of Devon and Cornwall geography to aid efficient vehicle planning.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing optimized daily delivery plans
• Liaising with collections and trunking coordinators to ensure alignment with customer needs

Key skills and qualifications include:

• UK or European transport planning background
• Knowledge of transport-related laws and regulations
• Strong computer literacy and Microsoft Office skills
• Sound knowledge of Devon and Cornwall geography
