As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in scheduling and planning works in a cost-effective and organized manner. Your responsibilities will include arranging appointments for residents with tradespeople, rescheduling appointments using our planning tools, and handling calls and communicating between residents and maintenance workers. You will also be responsible for keeping all activity logged and up-to-date, ensuring that all follow-on jobs are actioned by the end of the day. To be successful in this role, you will require previous experience in a similar role, previous experience in a call centre environment, and excellent communication skills. You will also need to be able to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a team.
