We are seeking a Commercial Coordinator to become an integral part of our Commercial team, situated in Lee Mill. Operating within the NEC4 target cost framework, with a focus on self-delivered projects, this position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our ongoing success.

As a Commercial Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

- Generating precise reporting documents.
- Maintaining resource spreadsheets to ensure accurate tracking.
- Allocating resources including staff, labour, plant, fuel, and equipment costs.
- Liaising with department managers
- Undertaking general administrative tasks.

You will report to the Commercial Control Manager, who oversees precise cost and value administration, ultimately reporting to the Managing Director.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Previous experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivation and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with Sage costings is advantageous.
