Account Manager Additives UK and EMEA

About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an Account Manager Additives UK and EMEA. This role will be responsible for implementing the growth strategy for our Performance Coatings Additives portfolio in the UK and selected EMEA key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and sell the LUBRIZOL Coating Value Proposition.
- Lead sales and market development activities to promote business growth for assigned EMEA key accounts.
- Develop and implement key account business plans, obtain approval, and execute.
- Identify current competitors' strengths and weaknesses and LUBRIZOL Coating competitive advantage.
- Identify and evaluate market opportunities to enter new and growing applications, identify and support the launch of new products.
- Build strong networks with internal teams, including Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and others as needed to achieve company objectives.
- Work with the facility operations and sales team to provide class-leading product supply.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS in Marketing, Business, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering), MBA is a plus.
- Global and key account management experience, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the coating additives industry.
- Strong track record of delivering higher than market growth.
- Results-oriented, strategic thinking, and strong commercial mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, with self-motivation and a "can-do" attitude.
- Ability to connect with internal and external customers at all organizational levels and diverse cultural backgrounds.
