Are you looking for your first step into the world of accounting and finance? This sales ledger-focused, entry-level role is perfect for you. As an Accounting/Billing Administrator, you will be responsible for the invoicing of specific client accounts across the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities include managing multiple clients, ensuring accurate and timely billing, and maintaining current banking details on invoices. You will also analyze purchase orders and complete submittal logs in a timely fashion.

In addition, you will review new client contracts with the Billing Manager to ensure all requirements are captured. Building relationships internally and externally is crucial to ensure a smooth billing process.

You will work closely with the Payroll and Credit Control departments to reduce DSO figures. This role offers attractive monthly base salary + competitive commission/performance bonus.
