We are looking for a highly organized and detail-focused Accounts Office Sales Ledger Clerk to join our team at Page Personnel Sales. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for processing financial transactions, reconciling sales ledger invoices and payments, and maintaining an accurate sales ledger.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently
  • • Reconcile sales ledger invoices and payments on a daily basis
  • • Post sales ledger receipts and maintain an accurate sales ledger
  • • Assist with credit control duties and support the finance team as needed

Requirements:

  • • Strong attention to detail
  • • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
  • • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
