About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated CYP Programme Facilitator to join our team at Victim Support. As a CYP Programme Facilitator, you will play a vital role in providing safe, high-quality, and consistent support to children and young people who have experienced domestic abuse within the home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hold an active caseload of children and young people who have experienced domestic abuse within the home
  • Provide safe, high-quality, and consistent support through the online delivery of the CYP Recovery Toolkit
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships and promote effective communication between staff and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Excellent understanding of how domestic abuse can affect children and young people
  • Ability to engage, build rapport, and motivate young people
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Sound IT expertise with the ability to use a range of software
