CYP Programme Facilitator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate CYP Programme Facilitator to join our team at Victim Support. As a CYP Programme Facilitator, you will play a vital role in providing safe, high-quality, and consistent support to children and young people who have experienced domestic abuse within the home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hold an active caseload of children and young people who have experienced domestic abuse within the home
- Provide online support through the CYP Recovery Toolkit
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with staff and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Excellent understanding of how domestic abuse can affect children and young people
- Ability to engage, build rapport, and motivate young people
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Sound IT expertise with the ability to use a range of software
