We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Advocacy & Engagement team at the Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust.

Role Overview

This role involves assisting the Engagement Officer onsite to support and lead the education and engagement offer. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to teach and lead environmental activities with various groups, including preschool, A level, youth groups, adult special interest groups, and the public.

  • Assist in teaching and leading environmental activities with various groups.
  • Support education settings to develop their own spaces for nature through our Wilder Schools programme.
  • Gain skills in leading groups, managing facilities, working with the public, creating and running events, first aid and water safety training, and supervising volunteers.

The salary for this position is approximately £21,840 per annum pro rata gross.
