Key Responsibilities
The Conservation and Heritage Officer will be responsible for providing expert advice on development proposals affecting the historic environment, communicating with planning officers and teams, and engaging with Historic England. This role requires a deep understanding of heritage legislation, conservation standards, and historic buildings, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Professional Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must be chartered by RTPI or equivalent and have at least 2 years' experience as a Conservation Officer in Local Authorities. Your extensive knowledge of heritage preservation and conservation practices will enable you to make a significant contribution to our team.

Estimated Salary Range: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum
