Recruitment Coordinator for Conservation

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Administrator to join our team at ZSL, an international conservation charity. In this role, you will provide administrative support to hiring managers across our two zoos and global conservation hubs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment cycle from start to finish, ensuring that information is accurate and to the highest standards.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment procedures and practices that align with ZSL policy and procedure.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to provide training and coaching on the use of applicant tracking system, recruitment practices, safe and fair recruitment.
  • Provide expert advice on recruitment best practice and assist with resolving complex issues related to recruitment.

About You:

  • You will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality administrative support, preferably in a Recruitment, HR, or people-focused team.
  • You will have experience of using applicant tracking systems to manage the recruitment cycle (Eploy or iTrent would be an advantage).
  • You will have a strong understanding of basic UK employment legislation, HR best practice, and regulations and able to guide or signpost accordingly.
