Conservation Partnerships Officer

We are seeking a Conservation Partnerships Officer to join our team at Morden Hall Park, a leading conservation charity in the UK. In this role, you will lead and manage the development and delivery of the Morden Hall Park strategic plan for volunteering and communities, building strong relationships with local communities and partner organisations.
You will identify opportunities to actively engage with local communities, foster opportunities for participation and partnerships, and champion the National Trust's Everyone Welcome agenda. You will also be responsible for increasing the confidence and capability of volunteer managers, creating a positive, flexible and inclusive environment for existing and future volunteers, local communities, and partner organisations.
This role involves managing our volunteer network, ensuring people have a voice and an opportunity to share skills. You will lead Morden Hall Park's Volunteer Forum and coordinate some of our established volunteer-focused events. We estimate the salary for this role to be around £38,000-£43,000 per annum, based on the national average for similar positions.
