Rate: £43.78 per hour (assignment rate)
Contract type: Locum
Working hours: Full-time
Main duties:
- Delivering services under the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005
- Conducting best interest assessments and social circumstances reports
- Coordinating complex hospital discharges
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Degree in social work or equivalent
- Licence to practice: Current registration with Social Work England
- Experience: Significant frontline experience in Adults Services within the UK
- Skills: Good knowledge of Liquid Logic and RiO systems desirable
