**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at North West Boroughs Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, managing, and supporting the communication and dysphagia needs of inpatient service users at our Brain Injury Rehabilitation ward.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech and language therapy, with experience in working with complex cases, such as progressive illness and rare conditions. They will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, including listening and empathy skills, and be able to work independently, prioritizing and managing their own complex caseload.
