Home and Community Healthcare Specialist
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd as a Home and Community Healthcare Specialist. As a Complex Care Nurse, you will have the chance to work with a diverse range of clients, supporting them to live independently in their homes and communities.

Your key responsibilities will include conducting initial assessments, training and assessing workers competency, and developing and implementing individualized care plans. You will also collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with others.
Requirements:
  • RGN/RMN qualified with extensive experience in complex care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals

Salary:£50,000 - £65,000 per annum
