Home Support Specialist

This role requires a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide care and support to clients in their own homes. As a Care Assistant at City & County Healthcare Group, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and enhancing the lives of our clients. Your key responsibilities will include assisting clients with personal care, following individual care plans, and supporting clients with their medication.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £12.00-£12.20 per hour, plus 30p mileage, ensuring you receive fair compensation for your hard work. In addition, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, paid training and shadowing, uniform and PPE provided, death in service payment, pension scheme, benefits and wellbeing platform, and 28 days annual leave (pro rata).
