Job Title: Senior Community Nursing Specialist

Location: North West Boroughs Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum

The Senior Community Nursing Specialist will provide operational management and leadership to the Specialist Skin Team within the Community Division. The successful candidate will be accountable for the performance, quality, and clinical effectiveness of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care when necessary, acting as an expert practitioner and a role model to the whole team
  • Support integration and develop an effective and highly performing team
  • Drive service improvements that meet patient need and promote the team as a positive place for staff experience and development

Requirements:

  • Significant experience of leadership & management
  • Experience at Band 6 level in community nursing setting
  • Demonstrable contribution to practice developments in community care /chronic disease management/long term conditions/palliative, end of life care
