The Community Specialist Palliative Care (Liverpool & South Sefton) team is a forward-thinking group dedicated to delivering high-quality care. We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join the team as a Palliative Care Specialist Nurse.
Job OverviewThis permanent position involves working closely with patients, families, and carers to provide holistic care and support. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing care needs, developing care plans, and implementing clinical care interventions.
A supportive framework will be in place to assist the post holder, including mentored induction and regular check-ins with a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Palliative Care. This will ensure a smooth transition into the role and ongoing professional development.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. They will also demonstrate a commitment to high-quality patient care and a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The salary for this role is £41,500 per annum, which reflects the trust's commitment to ensuring fair compensation for skilled professionals.
