About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess, plan, and deliver care that is tailored to the individual needs of each service user
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure that service users receive high-quality, person-centered care
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to ensure that your skills and knowledge are up-to-date

Requirements:

- Valid PIN with the NMC
- Excellent observational, communication, and clinical skills
- Warm, kind, and compassionate outlook
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centered care
