This highly skilled nursing role requires a range of clinical and nursing skills. As a Registered Nurse at Kavanagh Place, you'll be accountable and responsible for supporting people's holistic needs.

  • Assess, plan, and implement care for individuals with complex health needs.
  • Provide person-centred and evidence-based nursing care.
  • Develop collaborative needs-based care plans through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Safely administer medication.
  • Promote health and wellbeing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A first-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN.
  • Knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Calm nature to deal with challenging situations.
