Job Description

We are seeking a Pediatric Nurse Specialist to support complex care packages within patients' own homes. Acuity Care Group Limited specialises in high-acuity, complex needs including tracheostomy and ventilator support.

This is a field-based role involving regular travel across the Northwest region. As a Pediatric Nurse Specialist, you will work with patients who require high levels of medical attention and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support patients with complex healthcare needs
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Travel regularly across the Northwest region

Requirements:

  • Qualification as a Registered Nurse (Child) or equivalent
  • Experience working with children and young people with complex healthcare needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
