**Salary:** £46,402 - £53,964 per annum (inclusive of £2,260 London weighting)
**Job Description:** As a Diabetes Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for working closely with the SSMTR Liverpool Project and community teams for Respiratory, Liver, Cardiovascular, and Kidney Health Teams. Your key duties will include acting as a clinical expert and professional resource to the Multi-Professional team, patients, and carers within the project. You will also take overall responsibility for developing the specialist area of practice in partnership with other members of the speciality team working collaboratively to develop services and quality of care delivered.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Registered Clinician NMC/HCPC
- Post-basic specialist Qualification relevant to speciality
- Recognised Teaching Qualification
- First Degree
