About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Outreach Specialist to join our team, specializing in infant feeding. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside our infant feeding team, planning, implementing, and maintaining UNICEF Baby Friendly Initiative standards across Alder Hey Children's Hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with women and their families, medical/surgical teams, and other agencies to ensure optimal care for mothers and babies.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care of mothers and babies in accordance with Trust policies and guidelines.
  • Provide expert support, knowledge, and advice on infant feeding, conducting audits and action planning to monitor and measure best practice standards.

This role offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits including a generous annual leave package, pension scheme, and extensive staff well-being programmes.
